Since your middle: ear cannot be "blocked " with a hole in the drum it must mean the external ear is blocked with wax (cerumen) This must be removed by a Health Professional since irrigating the ear with a hole in the drum could be harmful!\ Check with your PCP of see an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist!
