Ear fullness: If you have a "permanent hole" in your ear drum, you cannot physically have a blocked ear. How did you get the "hole" ? is it a perforation or a tube? when was the last time you had an ear exam? why do you think your ear is blocked? If its a tube and you ear is blocked, it needs to be removed, but you can also try antihistamines and decongestants as well as trying Valsalva maneuver.
