A member asked:

My post-prandial glucose level (92 mg/dl) is lower than fasting glucose (69mg/dl). i have most of the symptoms of hypoglycemia. is there any treatment?

Whoa: Your fasting glucose at 69 is lower than your post-prandial glucose at 92 -- is there a typo? I'd urge you not to self-diagnose the fad diagnosis "hypoglycemia", but to read up on post-prandial syndrome which is real, not a lab diagnosis, and responds best to getting help managing stress, staying physically fit, limiting caffeine, and perhaps carrying a snack (raisins are great).
