A member asked:

I'm diabetic. today my fasting glucose level was 74, but i didn't have hypoglycemia symptoms, so is it considered hypo or normal? & if it was hypo why i didn't feel the hypo symptoms?

Many will not have symptoms of hypoglycemia until the level drops down below 60 or 50. When managing your diabetes we try to keep the level away from any extremes, but I consider 70-100 my "normal" target.

Your blood glucose level is in the normal range and not hypo. Not having symptoms is normal.
