Is there anyway to get back to when i could move along with less sleep? i don't know, it's weird, but even after 8 hours i can't get up easily...

Sleep quality: If you have difficulty getting along w/8 hours sleep you may simply need a bit more sleep than the average person. Please see your doctor who may order a sleep study because the quality of your sleep may be poor. in that case it is not the amount that is the issue. Also consider your lifestyle choices, junk food, exercise or lack of it, depression, etc. Peace and good health.
