A member asked:

What is the normal heart rate for a sedentary person?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

60-100bpm: Regardless of lifestyle, a normal heart rate is considered 60-100 beats per minute. Now, very athletic people may have heart rates below 60 at rest, but that doesn't mean that sedentary people are allowed to have heart rates above 100 at rest.
