Two things different: The Zoster IgG means you are currently immune to the shingles virus and have had either the vaccination, chicken pox, or a prior episode of shingles. The ANA is usually a screening test for autoimmune diseases and impossible to interpret without the context of symptoms and subfraction ANA analysis
