Both: Varicella and zoster are the same virus. Chickenpox occurs with the first exposure to the virus and zoster is the re-activation of the virus that has been lying dormant in the body as a result of some significant stress to the body.

Hello. I had blood work up done. One of the test were for covid antibodies. Sars cov 2 igg and sars cov 2 igm. I tested positive for the sars cov 2 igm test . Negative on the igg. Does that mean I was covid positive when I had the blood work ?
