I have ana >1280 homogenous, low white blood count, positive cardiolipin igg, fatigue, body pain, cramping, and on 20mg of steroids, on 5th day and not helping with my symptoms. could i have lupus?

If youre in the early stages of lupus, would it be possible for an avise blood test to show negative results? I had an avise test which said I was -1 on the index which is closer to indeterminate &positive for ANA IGg with negatives for the rest?
