Well, you are pretty: young to have pain from degenerative arthritis; also young for osteoporosis (though that doesn't typically cause pain). I would pursue a metabolic or rheumatologic cause: deficient vitamin D or magnesium, anemia/iron deficiency. Or perhaps a systemic inflammatory process: post-infectious arthritis/arthralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis?? Need careful physical/laboratory eval:)
