Can neck pain cause dizziness, and headache? i have been having trapezius spasms, and i don't know the cause.

Neck pain is: definitely associated with headache (so -called "tension" headaches are often due to neck muscle spasm. Dizziness is less common but certainly is "associated" Hope this helps Dr Z

Not exactly: Problems in the neck can cause both neck pain, headaches, and even pain that runs into the shoulder and arm. Neck problems usually do not cause dizziness. I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.
