Need Neurological ev: Symptoms can be from CNS disorder, peripheral neuropathy.Myopathy, some metabolic disorder, auto immune disorder and others you need to have extensive evauation including a detailed history, family history, past history, occupatinal history and comprehensive physical exam including neurological exam and blood/urine test and may need imaging like mri/cat scan to find out your diagnosis.
