what muscles in the shoulder and neck causes dizziness, headache, tightness in the neck, little knots near the spine on my neck, i suffer from anxiety?

Neck muscles: The muscles of the neck which also attach to the scalp muscles in the back if the head are causes of these symptoms when there is abnormal tension in those muscles. You could profit from stress management therapy. Discuss this with your physician.
