No...: All these symptoms are very non specific and not necessarily related to stomach issues. However, since I don't know your whole history, based on your age and if these symptoms are new to you and not checked before for those I would strongly suggest to get seen as soon as possible. In some cases, especially women, this could be related to heart issues. If very sick please go to the ER now.
