Ask Your Doctor: Could still be lots of things. Musculo-Skeletal pain like a pulled muscle would have normal bloods and xrays. Have they checked a urine sample for kidney problems and considered an ultrasound to check your aorta. Hard to say without more information and your age and medical problems.
