Does not exist: There is no thing such as "toxic granulation in the lung". Check with a lung expert.

Neutrophils: We use the term toxic granulation when we see some of your blood cells very active trying to fight "something". Usually the cells are fighting bacteria or other organisms. But, there are cases of other substances that can activate your immune system to react thus making the cells look very "active" under teh microscope. The cxr will help your doctor identify the cause of why the cells are activ.
