Nerves supplying: your chest ORIGINATE in the THORACIC spine (Upper back) and it sounds like you may be pinching a nerve causing referred pain in the chest! Apply some HEAT to your upper back and STOP TWISTING until your pain subsides! CONSIDER PHYSICAL THERAPY (It is VERY effective with UPPER BACK issues! Hope tis helps! Dr z
