Orthopedist: If your primary care physician can not determine the cause of these pains then it sounds like you need to see an orthopedist. They specialize in bone and joint pains. Because the pain is worsening with movement, it sounds musculoskeletal. If that is the case then a chiropractor or physical therapist may be able to help relieve the pains.
