Cirrhosis, ascites: It all depends on why you have cirrhosis...... Can be alcohol, or many many many aother liver and gall bladder diseases, that have nothing to do with alcohol. It also depends on if the cause of the cirrhosis qwas treated or has been stopped. Not all cirrhosis goes to/causes ascites.
