I slept wrong a few nights ago and woke up with a pain in my neck. since then i have had tingling in my left hand and toes. could this be pinch nerve?

Yes but other also: While it may be pinched nerve it coiuld also be muscle. The tingling in both the left hands and toes do not fit pinched nerve in the neck but could and it but could be another neurological issue, or a vascular issue or a muscular issue. You would do best to discuss wiht your physician
