Crohn's & heart: 41 F I have a history of Crohns, and I was just told that I have cardiomegaly seen on a CT. Could this be an extra-manifestation of CD? ANS: Yes. But more likely high blood pressure but u did not give enough medical Hx to help much. Happy to do 2nd opinion as specialize in BP and heart problems.
