Wean off: Not sure what's in zzquil but generally they have alcohol and while 1or 2 doses May help, chronic ingestion may be contributing to migraines, insomnia, and anxiety. I suggest you wean off and reassess symptoms. Ask Neuro for a med for all symptoms.
