Not recommended : This type of medication is not fda approved for anything. In fact, there is no regulatory oversight for things like this. You really don't know what you'll be taking. Additionally, pregnenolone is a precursor to androgens, which in excess, can cause unwanted facial and body hair, irregular periods, potential weight gain from ⬆cortisol production, elevations in bp, etc. Please see your gyne.
