Keep a headache log: Your migraine doesn't appear to be under control. OTC remedies might include magnesium oxide, riboflavin, or butterbur. You should keep a log of the location, timing, duration, associated symptoms, and intensity of these episodes and take the log with you to a neurologist as soon as possible. http://www.migrainetrust.org/factsheet-supplements-and-herbs-for-migraine-the-evidence-10897
