Pain: This sounds like nerve pain. There may be a pinched nerve around your neck or elsewhere that is causing this pain. If the pain has completely disappeared you shouldn't worry too much. If the pain appears again your must see your doctor for a proper examination and treatment

Arm pain: Not if it stopped. If it continues or returns then one could consider a "pinched nerve" on your neck. Just watch things for now.
