Playing?>??: Please be more specific....Stopped playing what? Nevertheless, muscle memory is an important component of any well-oiled athletic machine. Without keeping up, the body will respond by neglecting to use and train those muscles. So, when you stop, these symptoms can occur. It is a shock to your body.
