Throbbing arm/leg: Is that sensation on not arms and both leg or just one side? Was there any injury related to the concerned area? Have you been work out, if yes for how long? Throbbing and pulsing sensation are very general symptoms that could be related to many things. From least severe as a overworked muscles to circulatory related. Some case can be lacking of certain chemical on your system.
