More info needed: Unless you can directly related to a muscle pull or strain possibilities involve the muscles, nervous system, cardiovascular system and skeletal system to mention a few. Referred pain from a cardiac condition, poor blood flow, inflamed nerves, muscles, lymphatics and lungs may be involved. A thorough exam is needed.
