Yes this is a: dangerous level, if not imminently, certainly in the long run. A healthy blood sugar is about 7 mmol/L. Immediate effects of high blood sugar include fatigue, dehydration, urinary tract infection & blurred vision. There are too many long term complications of poorly controlled DM 2 to list.
