UTI: Group B streptococcus is a normal bacteria in the female genital tract. It can cause urinary tract infections, but not often. If you're having UTI symptoms (frequent, urgent or painful urination, etc) or if the GBS is present in your urine in high number, an antibiotic would be advised. Otherwise, usually no need for treatment. Recheck with your doctor if in doubt. Good luck!
