Could one fallopian tube be partially blocked if the hsg only showed a very thin minimal release of dye? other tube was clear showing lots of die.

An obstruction: would cause the tube to dilate proximal to it. However, there are other abnormalities, such as inflammation/scarring, that can cause an abnormally narrowed or irregular tube. Also during an HSG a normal tube may spasm and look blocked or narrowed, so talk to your doc about your results.
