No: Without a very strong family history or symptoms that could suggest an aneurysm (severe sudden headache - "the worst ever"), you, and everyone else, do not need an MRA.

I just got my MRA of the brain results, it reads theres an apparent tiny outpouching along the distal right A1 ACA segment, which could be developmental in the setting of an azygos ACA versus a fusiform aneurysm. Can you explain? Will I need surgery?
