Brain aneurysm: The routine monitoring of the aneurysm can be done using mra/mri but a digital subtraction angiogram should be done at one point. The neck of the aneurysm will not be adequately defined by the mr imaging.

Aneurysm brain: A MRI is a good screening study for an aneurysm though a mra is a more definitive study and if an aneurysm is suspected the best way to go.

Depends: It depends on the original anatomy of the aneurysm and the grade of occlusion (sealing) of the original treatment which often dictates the type (invasive vs. Noninvasive) and frequency of future surveillance imaging.
