what would a round bump on the back of my head be? it doesn't hurt. and has been there for some time now.

Lipoma: Bumps on the back of the head can be due to: granuloma (ie, from ingrown hair or along suture line of skull); lipoma (fat bump); infection (not always painful, tender to touch); trauma (hematoma); an md can take a look if growing.
