Hurt Wrist: If you hit something hard very likely to break a bone unless you have very weak bones. Most of the time it is injury of the tissues surround a bone like fascia and tendon or muscle. If the wrist movements are not affected unlikely you broke something. Touching causing pain is more inflammation. Try epsom salt soaks. If it persists please see ou doctor.
