Possible ganglion: Your description is quite vague. But it sounds like you might have a volar wrist ganglion, aka ganglion cyst. Google it for more information or see you doctor or a hand specialists for a comprehensive evaluation.

Probable ganglion: Wrist pain with a bump without trauma is most likely a ganglion which is a cyst from the joint that gets increased pressure with exercise. You should see a hand surgeon.
