A member asked:

I have a lump in my skin right over my wrist. i play competitive softball, and hurt myself a lot.it doesn't really hurt bad, what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See orthopedics.: Sight-unseen, I would presume this to be something within in the skin, like a sebaceous cyst, or something from the wrist joint itself. The latter comes to mind because of your participation in a competitive sport that involves throwing and catching. An orthopedic surgeon should be able to decipher the actual etiology and offer treatment options.
