What are your: "meds"...i assume it's am antibiotic...Diarrhea won't affect your meds but YOUR MEDS MAY BE CONTRIBUTING to your diarrhea! Let the prescribing health professional know about your diarrhea , they may want to change the medication. Hope this helps/Healthy Happy Holidays' Dr Z
