Ibs w/o constpation or diarhea? Before had general tummy pain w/ both, now just have lower left ab discomfort. Had ultrasound, stool, blood test-ok.
Chronic irregular bowels (probably years), floating, diarrhea, no constipation, if formed they are small in diameter (hotdog or little larger) no weight loss, no anemia (blood test came back good) have bad anxiety. Dr said could be IBS?

I have diarrhea, gas, stomach cramps a few days a week which will result in what seems like a tear eventually that hurts and shows blood when i wipe. Other days i will be constipated then other days i am fine. Does this sound like IBS? 24 YO female.
