Senna: is a naturally occurring plant derivative and by itself is not "bad" There is HOWEVER more SPECIFIC treatment for IBS -C...Speak with your Gastroenterologist...is there a reason why you are not a candidate fore this treatment! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
