Alvogyl came out after 3 days of dry socket treatment . i don't feel any pain but should i go see the dr. and put the another alvogyl? or let it be?

Let it be: The medication placed in your socket was to relieve pain until your socket started healing. No pain means you do not have to replace the Alvogyl.

No: Your surgeon's treatment and medication have treated your dry socket. Follow his post op instructions and allow the extraction site time to heal. Of course if you experience return of pain, discharge, foul taste or smell, bleeding or swelling then return for further treatment.
