Leave it alone : Quit looking. Be glad you aren't having any pain. Even time takes care of a dry socket. It hurts like crazy, though. Time to not worry and be glad you don't have pain. Don't go looking for trouble. Sounds like your extractions went fine. Be well.

Normal Healing: What is white may be bone or tissue that is changing as the area heals. They key here is that you have no pain. Dry sockets result when the blood clot is lost and raw bone is exposed:and is quite painful. Continue to keep the area clean. If pain returns you should call your dentist for advice.

You should be fine: Dry socket pain, which is quite severe, if it is to occur typically happens 24-48 hours after surgery (lower molars). If however, you are experiencing any problems, please follow up with the treating doctor. In the interim, follow instructions, keep the areas clean and you should do fine., hope this helps.
