For the most part: You can have good days and bad days. Keep a journal to see if you can pinpoint what triggers your bad days.

Have lupus.On Plaquenil.Recent labs cbc, c3, c4, bmp, &UA showed no concerns. No other tests done. Does that mean my intermittent flares of debilitating fatigue & near syncope is NOT be from lupus? Rheumatologist never addressed & said labs look good?
