Bad fatigue interfering with life for 3 weeks.have lupus but recent labs& cbc were stable showing no flare.i'm normally very active.frustrated.causes?

May not be lupus: Just because you have lupus does not mean everything that happens to you is due to lupus. YOu are a normal person who also has lupus but you can have other medical problems. This could be chronic fatigue syndroem but it could be something else. See you physician and your rheumatologist to clarify this
