YES: likely a viral syndrome..REMEMBER patients with LUPUS also get viral infections....not every joint/muscle pain means a LUPUS flare! Hope this helps! BE WELL DR Z

Weather or fibro: There is a cross over of fibromyalgia is 1/3 patients with lupus. You need to be examined for that diagnosis, as there are several proven Meds to improve your symptoms. Weather changes are NOT your friend, and can produce your symptoms too.

Muscle aches + lupus: A viral infection could cause a temporary muscle achiness that could be unrelated to lupus. If the muscle pain has resolved, than that is reassuring. If you continue to have muscle pains, than evaluation with blood work to check on the muscle tests would be indicated.
