Possible: There is a terrible respiratory illness going around the Milwaukee area but often has responded to the Z pal depending on symptoms. In your case without more history and exam hard to tell if you have a lupus flare but I can tell you in normal people this illness can knock them out for over a week. You would best see a doc!! Hope you fee better real soon!!
