Methadone 5mg or10mg: Methadone comes in 5mg or 10mg tabs the solutions are 5mg/5ml , 10 mg /5ml and 10mg/ml usually only prescribed for detox. Methadone is a powerful long acting pain reliever problem being that it accumulates over time. Having said that, 112mg of methadone is equivalent to >330 morphine mg equivalents way too much methadone for human consumption. Seriously need to be seen by a Pain Specialist !
