Be wary of labels: Some of the available skin tests are easily over interpreted as can blood tests. I suppose you didn't get labeled with many of these food allergies until the tests were done with no clear symptom patterns beforehand. Any such labels should be verified by an experienced board certified Allergist. These can happen but having been through much of this myself, I would be cautious in accepting it all
