YES: you should follow-up as directed by the physician/Cardiologist who ordered the echo test. Pulmonary Hypertension is TREATABLE and determining that a problem exists BEFORE it gets to be a full blown problem is the reason why Cardiology has made so many great advances in the last 15 years!
