You sound sick.: With that list, either a gastroenteritis or viral infection may come to mind, but we'd really need more information to be sure. A doctor's visit would be a good idea.

Chills: Without examining you, I think you might have flue symptoms. You can take Tylenol for fever, no dairy products, simple food for few days and drink plenty of warm water daily. If not better or symptoms get worse then see a doctor.
